ABSTRACT
The article discusses how African American religious leaders are questioning whether or not the Black churches in the United States are doing all they can to prevent AIDS in the African American community. Pernessa Seele, founder of the faith-based non-profit organization Balm In Gilead, which focuses on finding ways to help those people who carry life threatening illnesses, has stated that church leaders need to find more ways to get involved in the fight against AIDS.
