ABSTRACT
The article emphasizes the need to eliminate carbon dioxide emissions from buildings. Although architects will not exactly demand a carbon-neutral environment, the issue regarding how can buildings eliminate carbon dioxide emissions is a significant concern. The U.S. Energy Information Administration estimates that 48 percent of carbon dioxide emissions in the U.S. come from buildings. The article also offers information on a report on climate change.
