ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the significance of American flavor preferences in the U.S. food industry. It has been stressed that consumers demand for a variety of protein product flavors. It was found out that they are loyal to traditional flavors of home-cooked meals. This indicates that they are increasingly health-conscious. It could be noted that seasoning and flavor manufacturers are monitoring consumer preferences. Moreover, the industry's trends can be observed from consumer actions.
