ABSTRACT
The article presents Proclamation 8137 declaring May 1, 2007 as Loyalty Day, issued by U.S. President George W. Bush on April 30, 2007. The proclamation states that on Loyalty Day, the U.S. celebrates the blessings of freedom and remembers its responsibility to continue its legacy of liberty.
