ABSTRACT
The article reports that Furniture Brands International Inc. will pay its vice chairman and chief executive officer-designate Ralph Scozzafava a yearly salary of at least $700,000, plus incentives. Scozzafava will also get 20,000 restricted shares of Furniture Brands stock, plus options for 100,000 additional shares. He will receive annual stock option grants valued at $700,000 for 2007 and 2008.
