ABSTRACT
The article focuses on Kalon Tripa Samdhong Rinpoche's appreciation of the support groups' dedication to the Tibetan struggle in Brussels, Belgium. He stated that the exile government do not motivate supporters to do any specific thing in conformity with their plans. He added that Dalai Lama had framed the Tibetan struggle in cultural terms because of its greater relevance. Moreover, the Kalon Tripa noted that Tibetans should be administered by a single autonomous self-government.
