ABSTRACT
The article reports that the U.S. Department of Education's Teacher Incentive Fund provided its last fiscal year 2007 grants in June. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania school system will use its grant money to recognize principals for high standards of work and for improved student test scores. Grant amounts awarded in various states are listed, and information on non-district organizations that received grants, such as the Center for Educational Innovation in New York City, is included.
