The article focuses on the selection and recruitment of employees in Great Britain. It is stated that recruitment 30 years ago was different from the present system of hiring employees. Previously, recruitment involved processes like advertisement, interviewing, testing and hiring but today the recruitment process has changed through the emergence of recruitment consultancy firms and a database agency.
