ABSTRACT
The offers tips for preparing artichoke dip. Thawed frozen artichoke hearts may be brushed with olive oil and then broiled to bring out their sweetness. Lite mayonnaise keeps the creamy base low in calories. Seasoning with crushed peppercorn blend and smoked paprika adds aromatic punch and color. Three or four roasted garlic cloves complement the artichokes with gutsy taste.
