ABSTRACT
The article reports that Kentucky State Attorney General Greg Stumbo has formed an exploratory committee for a possible challenge to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell. Stumbo, who ran unsuccessfully for lieutenant governor in the spring of 2008, has said that he is still undecided, but cites the need to get an early start on fundraising.
