ABSTRACT
The article presents information on business data indicators of Great Britain for 2006. The annual inflation, government's target measure, fell to 2.4% in July, which was down from 2.5% in June. The unemployment rate was 5.5% at the end of June, which was up by 0.3% over the quarter and up by 0.7% over the year. Online job recruitment activity and related employment opportunities fell in July across the country, while nearly 30,000 new jobs were created in 21 key industries.
