ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of North Korea to end its nuclear program. This move means North Korea would not be able to make any more nuclear weapons. Those weapons can be used to cause mass destruction. Six nations, including Russia, China, Japan, South Korea and the U.S., have made a pact with North Korea. The pact says that North Korea will dismantle its nuclear program. In exchange, North Korea will receive more fuel and aid.
