ABSTRACT
The article reports on the agreement between commercial real estate (CRE) collateralized debt obligation (CDO) market and a CDO lawyer that value in the CRE market has not yet reached out in the U.S. In addition, they also agreed that CDO write-down were not over for the major banks. According to Brian Hebb of Northstar Realty Finance Corp., the types of collateral originated will remain be the same, but changes in the CDO market will change the way the debt is structure.
