ABSTRACT
The article argues against the creation of border walls to reduce illegal immigrants from Mexico to the U.S. It asserts that establishing border walls will not be effective in reducing illegal immigrants and costly for the U.S. government. The article also claims that border walls could damage the ecosystems and the traditional territories of indigenous peoples in the U.S., such as the Kickapoo and Cocopah tribes.
