ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the results of the African Union Summit, which bears the theme "Industrial development for Africa" that was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Colonel Muammar AlQathafi stated that the industrial development of Africa presupposes the existence of a federal ministry for its implementation. He further explained the need to have financial instruments before discussing financial issues which is important to Africa.
