ABSTRACT

The blueprint for modernizing the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), or the health check, was unveiled by the European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, Mariann Fischer Boel. Boel said that the health check will cover necessary adjustments and simplifications for the period 2009 to 2013. This journal has announced taking a winter break, and will return on February 9, 2008.
