The article reports on the plan of the Business Council of Westchester to launch a program which aims to extend health insurance coverage to sole proprietors and non-profit agencies in Westchester County, New York. It is stated that New York State Health Foundation has received a $150,000 grant to the Business Council in tandem with the Cooperstown Chamber of Commerce (CCC) to raise insurance awareness. The program aims to have a 250 sole proprietors who did not have medical insurance before.
