Fox acquires Utarget online ad network

The article reports on the acquisition of a majority stake in British-based online ad network Utarget by .Fox Networks for an undisclosed amount. Accordingly, it will now handle ad sales on around 630 British sites, currently sold by Utarget. Also, a new online ad sales division, called Utarget.Fox, will be created to sell inventory to both television and online buyers. Hernan Lopez, president and chief operating officer (COO) of Fox International Channels, comments on the purchase.
