ABSTRACT
The article discusses some of the motivations to educational learning literacy funding. Accordingly, the U.S. Department of Education released an overview of the implementation of the Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant Program for the 2008-2009 school year. The Office of Citizen Exchange Programs of the Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs announces an open competition for projects in support of the National Security Language Initiative (NSLI).
