The article focuses on the impact of the growing economic slowdown and credit crunch on the emerging green business in the U.S. Some believe that the current crisis will stop the growth of the emerging green business including alternative energy, technologies to fight pollution and global warming. However, several researchers, advisers and investors are saying that green-business movement will stay due to the skyrocketing oil prices which motivated businesses to invest in renewable energy.
