The article presents various points on the results of Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 on the telephone service and costs of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). It also provides the summary of the costs for carrying out the economic stimulus legislation and the demand for telephone assistance pertained to the economic stimulus legislation. An appendix showing information on the impact of the economic stimulus program is presented.
