ABSTRACT
The article reports that increasing number of European pension funds are getting drawn towards fundamental indexing strategies. It mentions that the strategy is being tested by officials of the fund manager, Fonds de Reserve pour les Retraites in Paris. It states that the Swedish company AP Fonden 2 has expanded its fundamental indexing program from early 2008. It also discusses the main features of fundamental indexing.
