ABSTRACT
The article details how Paul Stanyer built the British taxicab tourist service company, Holiday Taxis. According to Stanyer, he spotted an opportunity in 2000 when he noticed how tour operators were starting to break up travel packages. Stanyer started Holiday Taxis to fill the gap in the market and ended up owning 50 percent of the business which has an annual turnover of 20 million pounds.
