ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the organizational strategy of the human resources (HR) team at Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust in Great Britain. The HR produces the Moving Forward Together programme which impressed the judges of the HR Excellence Awards 2008 due to the engagement of clinicians and doctors. The strategy led the Trust to be recognized as one who has the most successful change management programme.
