The article explains why it is harder to lose weight during the later stages of a diet and provides a number of suggestions to help reach a weight loss goal. Doing cardiovascular exercises 4 or 5 times a week, walking often, wearing a pedometer to track your progress, watching portion size, and cutting out unhealthy fats are recommended.
