ABSTRACT
The article reports on an executive order issued by U.S. President George W. Bush on amendments to the Manual for Courts-Martial of the U.S. on July 24, 2008. It was cited in the executive order that Parts II and IV of the Manual for Courts-Martial of the U.S. were amended as described in the Annex attached and made a part of the order. It is noted that such amendments shall take effect 30 days from the date of the order.
