The article explores the author's experiences when he met physician Robert Osher, an internationally renowned icon in the field of ophthalmology and director of the Cincinnati Eye Institute (CEI) in Ohio. He says that he was amazed by the magnificent 200,000-square-foot facility of CEI in Blue Ash, a suburb of Cincinnati. Meanwhile, he notes that the main purpose of his visit was to convince Osher to be a contributing editor of the journal "Eye Care Review," wherein the author holds the position as president. On the other end, he also mentions some activities that involve the Canada-based Academy of Ophthalmic Education (AOE), where the author likewise holds the position as president.
