ABSTRACT
The article reports on the Fund for Improvement of Post Secondary Education grant awarded to Suny Ulster's International Program in New York. The grant from the U.S. Department of Education, is aimed to improve education and community resources for special needs children in Mexico. The grant will be shared by Suny Ulster and the University of Arizona and their international partners in Canada and Mexico.
