ABSTRACT
The article talks about liberty, stating that it is the price in times of war and of preparation for war. According to the author, the fight for freedom is a poor business especially if one sacrifices his or her own freedom for others. For this reason, an attempt to restrain administrative bureaus in the Logan-Walter bill in the U.S. was made. In a statement, the American Bar Association said that the contest has been to rescue liberty from the hold of executive power.
