The article offers information on the moves undertaken by DHL Express to mitigate its carbon emissions in the U.S. The company set the ambitious target of achieving a 30% improvement in its carbon efficiency across its entire network until 2020. Aside from the effort, it also launch a parallel campaign offering its customers the opportunity to offset carbon emissions when shipping its individual parcels.
