ABSTRACT
The article reports on the ongoing protest in the U.S. against the Wall Street Bailout Plan of the government. There will be a demonstration against the bailout at the U.S. Capitol on October 2, 2008, which has been called by VoteNoBailout.org. Also on September 27, the Newark, New Jersey-based group Peoples Organization for Progress (POP) held a rally in downtown Newark against the proposed bailout. There were two more demonstrations in the Wall Street area on September 24.
