The article reports the restoration of the Europeana Web site after its collapse due to the bulk of user demand in Brussels, Belgium. The online library of the European Union (EU) aims to offer a central repository of millions of books, paintings and music. The site came to a halt due to the 10 million hits per hour it received. According to EU's spokesperson Martin Selmayr, the server capacity of the Web site was quadrupled.
