Concord developer gets $45,000 abatement

The article reports that a tax abatement of more than $45,000 has been won by a developer in Concord, New Hampshire from the city for land that was assessed incorrectly at his Abbott Village development. As reported, Yves Tanguay is the owner of Tanguay Homes, which is building Abbott Village in Concord. According to City Assessor Kathy Temchack, she had included the value of the approvals that Tanguay had received from the planning board in the value of the property assessment.
