ABSTRACT
The article reports on the importance of the economic stimulus package of U.S. President Barack Obama to the renewable energy sector. The stimulus package intends to remove the financial problems encountered by the sector. The package involves the $79 billion investment in the renewable energy and green transportation which will be stipulated in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
