ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the international laws that are designed to manage with terrorism. It explores the reasons for the emergence of terrorism as a separate category of international law in relation to the September 11, 2001 attack in the U.S. In connection, the article also explains why this law is important and the debate about the distinctness of terrorism.
