ABSTRACT
The article promotes literacy in digital media among students. The author explains the objective of literacy and the need for teachers to understand and use new media in course and create effective strategies for examining new media projects. Since the introduction of the Web, expression has changed and shifted toward social rather than individual types of communication. New forms of media were first controlled by technicians, developers and distributors. However, the gap between reading and writing media is gradually diminishing.
