ABSTRACT
The article discusses the ability of Common Beliefs in guiding ones practice in giving direction for conversations with all educators on how school libraries support learning in the U.S. It states that developing an elevator speech on Common Beliefs is a powerful way to connect to other educators. It emphasizes that one of the efficient and practical way of building library support is by becoming aware of the myriad of small opportunities to promote elevator speeches in the library.
