ABSTRACT
The article reports on the administrative actions of U.S. President Barack Obama and their impact on business. The bailouts of U.S. banks by Obama has changed the stance of the U.S. on corporations. The U.S. trade representative chosen by Obama is not knowledgeable about trade which makes it appear that the government is not interested in free trade. Also, he will be regulating corporations' use of overseas tax avoidance.
