ABSTRACT
The article examines the factors to consider to facilitate the process of selecting a law firm for manufacturing companies. The qualities of the best client-focused law firms include understanding the business and seeking information about the business. Another criteria for selecting a law firm is knowlege of the industry. Some of the key industry issues that an attorney should be knowledgeable of are organized labor and executive compensation.
