ABSTRACT
The article offers various information related to physical fitness. A DVD titled "Pilates Weight Loss for Beginners" offers Kneeling Side Circles exercise. Researchers at Bangor University in Great Britain revealed that people exercise longer and harder in the morning because that is when they feel more alert and energetic. Researchers at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago found that stretches below are more effective for lengthening the muscles in the backs of thighs.
