ABSTRACT
The article discusses legal, theological and ethical issues regarding immigration law relative to arguments concerning immigrant amnesty in the U.S. It presents a background on the historical development of the immigration law related to the U.S. Constitution rationales. It also explains why future immigration law reforms should permit immigrant amnesty.
