ABSTRACT
The article discusses reports to be given by different states on October 11, 2009 regarding the federal economic recovery funds given them by the administration of U.S. President Barack Obama. It states that despite comment from Robert Atkinson, president of the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF) in Washington, D.C., regarding speculations and significant assistance the fund could give, it would still be early to assess its effects. It reiterates that a definitive policy should be in place for implementation is necessary to succeed.
