ABSTRACT
The article discusses how the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act under the administration of U.S. President Barack Obama will benefit citizens with its tax provisions and finance-saving schemes. There are three ways in which one can cash in their 2009 and 2010 tax returns such as by increasing paychecks up to 129 dollars, tax-free unemployment benefit, and net operating loss carry back. Information on how to get the 8,000 dollar-tax credit is discussed. For funds conversion, a free housing financing agency is recommended.
