ABSTRACT
This article discusses the need of the British government to establish a national infrastructure bank. A report from the Policy Exchange suggested to establish a bank to help deliver the country's infrastructure needs. The report recommended expanding the number of sectors covered by a regulatory asset base to reduce the cost of capital.
