ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the results of the study about the approach of British local authorities to the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) in Great Britain. The study revealed that there was an ad hoc approach to the adoption of the ECDL. Based on the results of the study, British local authorities need to develop a more strategic way when dealing with end-user computer training.
