The article reports on the establishment of a valuation forum by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The move was in response to a criticism from a Business and Enterprise Committee report for failing to create a register of rent reviews to increase transparency. The forum will be headed by Lovells partner Nicholas Cheffings to address various interpretations among surveyors of how to value rent.
