Expect to Burn Fat, but How Much?

The article presents two studies which investigates the fat-burning effect of different exercises. The first study uses endurance training and high-intensity interval exercise to 12 men that undergo four test sessions which reveals the intensity exercise is not a viable option for fat loss. The second study uses low-volume eccentric resistance exercise that assesses the fat concentration in triglyceride level of nine male during meal consumption that depicts long-term effect on muscular tone.
