ABSTRACT
The article discusses the physical fitness regimens and dietary regimens that were used by Krystyna Hajer, a 39 year old woman from Wisconsin, to lose 100 pounds in one year. A discussion of the dietary habits and sedentary life style habits that led to Hajer's weight gain and dissatisfaction with her body weight is presented.
