ABSTRACT
The article reports on the increase in the prices of land in Southern Nevada in the third quarter of 2009. A report from Applied Analysis shows that the prices of property in Las Vegas Valley have increased at the end of September 2009. According to Brian Gordon, president of Applied Analysis, it is likely that vacant land values will remain stable as long as the commercial sector continues to maintain high vacancy rates.
