The article reports that the U.S. Department for Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has extended its deadline for Continuum of Care (CoC) programs. HUD's three CoC programs include 'Supportive Housing Program,' 'Shelter Plus Care' and 'Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy.'
